That Sassy Thing is a result of my personal journey. The story of a 15-year-old girl who was diagnosed with a hormonal condition PCOS (that happens to 2 in every 5 women in India).

I experienced bullying in school and at home, for being big and having excessive body hair. That played havoc on my mental health.

Right from vaginal dryness, painful sex, body image issues, and the mental stress that came along, affected my intimate wellness and relationships later.

And when I went to look for intimate wellness products that were good for my body, I couldn’t find any. Most brands and products felt intimidating, sleazy, and shady. That’s when the idea of a female-first and playful sexual wellness brand started brewing.
