Returns and Exchange
Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns and exchange. Products used for intimate purposes that are once opened are considered sold. Sassy is always open to get feedback on your purchase experience on firstname.lastname@example.org.
We don't offer returns due to the nature of the products, unless the product arrives in a damaged or dysfunctional condition. We go above and beyond to ensure our products reach the consumers in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or dysfunctional product, please email photos of the damaged or dysfunctional product on email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving the product and Sassy will work towards finding a resolution (in some cases, sending a complimentary product or refunding the amount, after due diligence from the Quality Control team).
Products on sale/discount once purchased by customer cannot be returned to or refunded by That Sassy Thing.
The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and product availability.
At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the total cost of your order.
At the moment, we deliver all across India only.
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders for certain products and bundles. For products and bundles on sale/discount, shipping is free for all orders above INR 999. For sale/discounted products and bundles below INR 1000, additional shipping charges of INR 100 are applicable. Please check each product and/or bundle for the shipping charges during checkout.
The estimated delivery time will be between 4-8 working days, depending on the delivery address.
Deliveries are only made on working days.
