Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns and exchange. Products used for intimate purposes that are once opened are considered sold. Sassy is always open to get feedback on your purchase experience on people@thatsassything.com. We don't offer returns due to the nature of the products, unless the product arrives in a damaged or dysfunctional condition. We go above and beyond to ensure our products reach the consumers in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or dysfunctional product, please email photos of the damaged or dysfunctional product on people@thatsassything.com within 72 hours of receiving the product and Sassy will work towards finding a resolution (in some cases, sending one complimentary product or in certain cases refunding the amount, after due diligence from the Quality Control team). Products on sale/discount once purchased by customer cannot be returned to or refunded by That Sassy Thing.

Warranty

We offer a 120 day warranty period from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of getting a defective/non-functioning massager, please reach out to us on people@thatsassything.com within 120 days of your purchase in order to claim your warranty. Please attach photos and videos of the problem with your massagers, along with the proof of purchase.

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and product availability.At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the total cost of your order.At the moment, we deliver all across India only.Shipping is free for all prepaid orders and bundles.
