Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed, and in some cities like Delhi and Bangalore, we even deliver within 24 hours. If you place your order before 1 PM, we’ll usually dispatch it the same day. During busy periods, it might take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get it out ASAP. Once your order ships, our delivery partners will reach out with the tracking details.

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order is shipped, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually quicker, while remote areas might take a little longer. We actively monitor all shipments and do our best to reduce delivery times wherever possible.

Absolutely! We take your privacy and safety seriously and have designed That Sassy Thing’s shopping experience to be as discreet and seamless as possible. All transactions will appear as “Huha Care Private Limited” in your emails and bank statements.

Orders are shipped in plain, boring brown cardboard boxes—no branding, no product details on the outside. We do recommend having your order delivered to an address where you can personally receive it, just to avoid any surprises. Yes! All our electronic devices come with a 120-day warranty against any defects or malfunctions, starting from the date of delivery. To activate your free warranty, simply scan the QR code on the warranty card included with your order and fill out a few easy details. If you ever encounter an issue and need a replacement, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Unfortunately, no. We understand your frustration but with more than sufficient educational resources and how to videos, we expect our customers to make an informed purchase decision. Hence, we cannot issue refunds in this case.

All products are SLS and Parabens-free. We made the cleanest lube in India and our massagers are 100% medical grade silicone. Well, we use chemicals in our products - even water, H2O is a chemical too :)
