Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns, refunds and exchange. Products used for intimate purposes that are once opened are considered sold. Sassy is always open to get feedback on your purchase experience on people@thatsassything.com.

We don't offer returns due to the nature of the products, unless the product arrives in a damaged or dysfunctional condition. We go above and beyond to ensure our products reach the consumers in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or dysfunctional product, please email photos of the damaged or dysfunctional product on people@thatsassything.com within 72 hours of receiving the product and Sassy will work towards finding a resolution (in some cases, sending a complimentary product or refunding the amount, after due diligence from the Quality Control team) Products on sale/discount once purchased by customer cannot be returned to or refunded by That Sassy Thing.
