Salty is designed to fit in your palm. It looks a lot like a small salt cellar and can pass off as a paperweight in your study. It weighs 117 g (lightweight but feisty performer!)

Salty personal massager is ideal for external use. Use Salty to explore the lit with a c, or the external area around for a happy ending.

Water-based personal lubricants like DTF are compatible with Salty personal massagers. Avoid using a silicone or oil-based lubricant as it can damage the product.

We recommend washing it with Neat Massager Wash, before and after every use. Neat is all-natural, without alcohol or propylene glycol (petroleum by-product, proven skin irritant) making it safe for you & your massager. After wash, you can pat it dry and store it in the storage pouch that comes along. Please keep it out of direct sunlight. Store it in a cool and dry place. Don’t wash it with corrosive cleaners like acetone, alcohol, gasoline, etc.

It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge the massager. For the first time, make sure you charge Salty personal massager fully using it. One full charge will go a long way, and it’s recommended that you charge it after every few uses, so it can work its best and last longer.

Yes, Salty is a waterproof massager. You can take it for a quick shower but don’t take it for a swim.

Salty is a discreet and travel-friendly personal massager. When traveling domestically within India by air, drain Salty’s battery completely and pop it into the pouch that comes along. Carry it in your handheld bag (NOT your check-in luggage) and if at security check, you’re asked about what it is, you can demonstrate its use as a ‘neck massager’.
When traveling internationally, do your research about the customs laws of the country and also read up on the airport authorities’ website for their treatment of such devices. If the country allows massagers, then Salty’s discreet design is sure to provide an additional layer of privacy.

Find your hands tingling or slightly numb due to Salty’s powerful sensations?  If you’re on a higher speed setting, we recommend reducing it or exploring a frequency that has intervals and is not as intense. Alternate holding Salty between both your hands or take breaks as required. You may also switch to using a different massager (like LIT) in the process too.

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products (they are for intimate use). We go above and beyond to ensure that our products reach you in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please email us photos of the damaged product at people@thatsassything.com within 48 hours and we will work towards finding a resolution (in some cases, we will send a complimentary product of the same value after due diligence from our Quality Control team).
