Menstruation is hell. Period.

Every month, a week before the arrival of the Devil, I suffer through a week-long sense of deep depression, hopelessness, anxiety, and a fun cocktail of feel-bad chemicals as my uterus prepares to shed her business. Combine that with those oh-so-fun PMS cramps and aches, and you just wanna stay in bed for the whole day, cuddling with your stuffies and casting a plague on anyone who happens to breathes near you too loudly.

What's a girl to do? Masturbate.

I’ve found masturbation to be a good (read: lifesaving) activity during PMS. It helps soothe the cramps! Plus, try raging while you're lying there like playdough, legs shaking and your whole body melting into a post-orgasm puddle. Yeah, not gonna happen. And what's that? No more pain? Thank you, O Mighty Clitoris.

Another downside of PMS is that I don't want to be touched. At all. And trust me, my girlfriend has tried. Did not end well. So, I wanna have an orgasm but don't wanna touch or be touched. What to do? Use toys, of course!

I recently got my hands on Tickle, a new launch by TST. Before my gf and I could try it together though, my mood plummeted. It was Time. She, most likely tired of my tantrums, handed me the fully charged device and a bar of chocolate. God, I’m lucky.

Now, the device itself is SO cute, you almost forget it's 'naughty.' It looks like a baby pink beauty blender with a tiny lil face! I almost died of the adorable.  

Of course, I had my doubts—something so small couldn't be very powerful, right? I was used to my wands and 'personal massagers' you get off of Amazon. However, they aren't exactly built for precision, you know?

Tickle, on the other hand... This thing has a silicone tongue! You can have it 'lick' just your left lip, if that's what you want. The tongue is soft, yet powerful. However, I did forget about the lube until I felt some friction. A couple of drops later—yum! The smooth glide made everything feel deliciously slick and slippery.  

I could have finished fast and hard, but that's not really satisfying for me, tbh. So, I took my time, playing with the speeds and patterns on the tongue. There are so many options! Slow flicks, teasing pulses, relentless waves—take your pick.  

And hint: the tongue works wonders on other areas of your body too, if you know what I mean. ;) Try putting that on a nipple and you'll see.  

The device also has a firmer, vibrating tip for when the tongue has thoroughly teased you into madness. One could easily get off on just the tongue, but I was curious about the other end. I switched off the device and just lay there for a bit, feeling the lingering sensations in my body and the calmness in my mind. I wasn’t irritated or angry anymore—just pleased. And I wasn't even done yet! 

Took a break, a bite of the chocolate my partner had bought for me, indulged another sense before returning to the task at hand. Hey, I was miserable—might as well eat chocolate.  

Then, I reached out for Tickle once more, this time pressing the wiggly line to switch on the vibrating tip. Believe me, I didn’t stand a chance. As soon as I pressed it against me—game over. I believe the aftershocks kept rolling in for an eternity, but that’s debatable.

I emerged from the bedroom a victorious stallion, mane flowing in the wind. (Or maybe just a well-rested, slightly smug human, but you get the point.) I was ready to take on the world. So, I made some delicious feta pasta, ate it while watching Law and Order, finished the rest of that chocolate, and passed out like the dead.

Overall, I’d say it was an excellent experience! Tickle is officially my new PMS therapist.
