Lit is designed with body safe, medical grade silicone and ABS plastic. It is free of any hazardous substances and is CE certified.

'All good things come in cute lil packages', couldn’t be truer. Lit is super compact and it literally fits your palm, for a reason—in case you wanna go handsfree.

Lit is meant for external use. Many people find it intimidating to use a massager internally so we wanted Lit to solve that and be enjoyed by more people.

Water-based personal lubricants like DTF are compatible with Lit. Avoid using a silicone or oil-based lubricant as it can damage the products. On every purchase of Lit and/or OG, you get a DTF FREE!

No, it’s pretty quiet and reaches a max volume of 40 dB. However, if you’re around peeps and doubtful, you may want to turn the fan on ;)

We recommend washing it with mild soap/natural body wash like Neat and water after every use. You can pat it dry with a clean towel and store it in the cute pouch that comes along. Please keep it out of the way of direct sunlight. Store it in a cool and dry place. Don’t wash it with corrosive cleaners like acetone, alcohol, gasoline, etc.

It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge the massagers.

Charge Lit fully before using it for the first time. Though one full charge will go a long way, it’s recommended that you charge it after every few uses, so it can work its best and last long.

Just wiggle the charging cable a bit here, and a bit there, till you’re all set. You can even try to take the charger out altogether and re-insert it slowly till the light comes on.

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products (they are for intimate use). We go above and beyond to ensure that our products reach you in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please email us photos of the damaged product on people@thatsassything.com within 48 hours and we will work towards finding a resolution (in some cases, we will send a complimentary product of the same value after due diligence from our Quality Control team).

Yes, we offer a 12-Day warranty period from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of getting a defective/non-functioning massager, please reach out to us on people@thatsassything.com within 120 days of your purchase in order to claim your warranty. Please attach photos and videos of the problem with your massagers, along with the proof of purchase.
P.S.: You must be 18+ years of age to claim your warranty on the massagers.

While shrink wrapping used to be part of our packaging, in lieu of the nationwide ban on the usage of single-use plastic, all our products packaged and shipped beyond July 1, 2022 will not have shrink wraps. Your massagers will now reach you in our signature (cutesy) box sealed to glory using firm transparent stickers. However, our other products such as Neat, Clean Qween, and DTF will have the wrap as they were packed prior to the mandate.
