Our warehouse dispatches all prepaid orders within 48 hours and COD orders within 72 hours of the order being placed. Your order will be delivered within 3-6 business days after being shipped and our delivery partners will share the tracking details with you on email and SMS within 24 hours of dispatch.

Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns. Products used for intimate purposes that are once delivered are considered sold. We are always open to get feedback on your purchase experience though.

We go above and beyond to ensure our products reach you in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product, please email us photos of the damaged product onpeople@thatsassything.com, within 72 hours of receiving the product and Sassy will work towards finding a resolution (in some cases, sending one complimentary product or in certain cases refunding the amount, after due diligence from the Quality Control team).

We ship 100% discreetly and the outer shipping boxes do not mention the brand or product name, the outer packaging is unbranded too. More on that here.
