Yes, all our products are all natural. They are 100% vegan and have NO parabens, silicone, artificial fragrances, artificial colours, dyes, petroleum, glycerin or beeswax.
Since our products are all natural, and don’t contain harmful chemical preservatives, the colour and odour may change over time, but the products remain as effective.
Our plant-based products are made in small batches in GMP-certified facilities. Our products have also been dermatologically tested safe by accredited labs.
They have been used by us and our Sassy community. We only make stuff for you that we love to use ourselves.
Though our products have no harmful chemicals, please do read our ingredient list on the labels to check if you are allergic to any ingredient. Do a small patch skin test to see if you have any reactions. Always consult a doctor before using any new product or in case you have an allergic reaction after using it.

DTF: Water-based Lubricant
The pH of our lubricant is between 3.8 and 4.5 which makes it a perfect fit for a healthy vaginal pH of 4.0. DTF protects your huha from itches, irritation, UTIs or vaginal infections.
DTF is dermatologically-tested safe by accredited labs. It is water-based, making it safe to be used with all condoms.
It is made in small batches with aloe, flax seeds and tea tree extracts that work naturally to enhance vaginal lubrication, reduce dryness and help avoid yeast infections.
DTF is also pH-balanced so no more nasty itches or irritation down there. It has no added artificial colours, flavours, fragrances, glycerin, propylene glycol, ingredients that could cause itches, irritation or yeast infections.
DTF is paraben-free and glycerin-free. It also balances the pH of your huha. According to research, having glycerin and parabens in personal lubricants may lower sperm count.
We recommend that you consult your doctor on the best personal lubricant option for fertility. You could share the link to our product page with them (we mention all ingredients there).
Lubrication makes fex more comfortable and adds that extra glide you need for a smooth ride. Mostly three pumps should be fine but if you need more, don’t hesitate to add another one. You do you, boo. There’s no rules here but what feels good.

Neat: Body Wash
Most soaps or body washes are infused with harmful chemicals and are not compatible with the pH balance of the skin, which may cause irritation, dryness, flaky skin and inflammation.
Additionally, sulphates cause these products to foam more, which can be a skin irritant.
Neat is designed with a pH level of 5.3-6.5, with all natural ingredients that moisturise, hydrate and cleanse the skin, keeping all your body healthy (including your huha). The antioxidants help protect your skin against dirt, damage and environmental pollutants. Designed to be gentle on ‘Neat’ the skin including external intimate area, leaving no irritation.
Remember, you don’t need a vaginal wash/cleanser as the vagina is self-cleaning. It maintains the correct pH balance and cleans itself with natural secretions.

Neat is used as an external body wash. For humans with vulvas, the huha is self-cleansing, so keep it as is. Our body wash is something you can use on the vulvar skin and hair—around the external genitals.
No. The huha (the internal muscular canal that connects the uterus and cervix to the outside of the body), is a self-cleansing organ (also referred to as a “self-cleansing oven” by many) and doesn’t need a special product that claims to clean and reduce the odour of the huha. A healthy huha has good bacteria that helps maintain the right pH balance. And when it comes to how it smells, don’t worry, it is normal for a huha to have a unique, musky scent. Don’t use any deodorants, sprays and cleansers that say otherwise. You will do more harm than good.

Many chemical based detergents contain artificial fragrances, chlorinated bleaches, brighteners, nasty chemicals that could leave residue in your underwear, exposing your intimate areas to itches, rashes, UTIs and yeast infections.
Clean Qween is an all natural, biodegradable, plant based fabric wash, designed for your underwear/lingerie (and the most sensitive bits that touch it). Super gentle on skin, fabrics (including natural fibres) and hard on stubborn stains, blood stains, body oils, perspiration and dirt. Retains the softness and colour of the fabric after each wash.
Its antifungal and antibacterial properties help keep the most sensitive skin safe and prevent itches, rashes and infections.

Many regular laundry detergents use synthetic bleaches and optical brighteners (synthetic chemicals) to make garments look whiter and brighter. These are non-biodegradable and carcinogenic, hence harmful to the body.
Clean Qween uses plant based surfactants (chlorinated bleaches or optical brighteners are a BIG NO) to get rid of nasty stains and dirt, while being kind to the environment and body.
Yes, you can use it for both (but we recommend a hand wash to save water).
Dilute about 10 ml (1.5 capful) of Clean Qween in 3 litres of warm water, for upto 7 undies/bras. Soak for 30-45 minutes. Wash with cold water. For blood stains and other stains, rub and wash lightly with an undiluted solution of Clean Qween.
Dilute about 30 ml (4.5 capful) of Clean Qween for 6 kg load.
For tough stains: Apply directly on stains, rub & wash lightly with an undiluted solution, let it stay for 10 mins and wash.
Always remember to use a mesh laundry wash bag to retain elasticity and prevent stretching or tearing. Air-dry/hang undies/lingerie on a drying rack.

Lit and OG: Massagers
Lit/OG is designed with body safe, medical grade silicone and ABS plastic. It is free of any hazardous substances and is CE and RoHS certified.

OG is designed with a sturdy and long-ish handle so you can explore and take as much of it as you’d like, to as many places far and wide or all the way down G-town.
Lit is meant for external use. Many people find it intimidating to use a massager internally so we wanted Lit to solve that and be enjoyed by more people.

No, it’s pretty quiet and reaches a max volume of 40 dB. However, if you’re around peeps and doubtful, you may want to turn the fan on ;)
We recommend washing it with mild soap/natural body wash likeNeatand water after every use. You can pat it dry with a clean towel and store it in the cute pouch that comes along. Please keep it out of the way of direct sunlight. Store it in a cool and dry place. Don’t wash it with corrosive cleaners like acetone, alcohol, gasoline, etc.
It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge the massagers.
Charge Lit/OG fully before using it for the first time. Though one full charge will go a long way, it’s recommended that you charge it after every few uses, so it can work its best and last long.
Just wiggle the charging cable a bit here, and a bit there, till you’re all set. You can even try to take the charger out altogether and re-insert it slowly till the light comes on.
We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products (they are for intimate use). We go above and beyond to ensure that our products reach you in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please email us photos of the damaged product on people@thatsassything.com within 48 hours and we will work towards finding a resolution (in some cases, we will send a complimentary product of the same value after due diligence from our Quality Control team).
Yes, we offer a 12-Day warranty period from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of getting a defective/non-functioning massager, please reach out to us onpeople@thatsassything.comwithin 120 days of your purchase in order to claim your warranty. Please attach photos and videos of the problem with your massagers, along with the proof of purchase.
P.S.: You must be 18+ years of age to claim your warranty on the massagers.

Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns. Products used for intimate purposes that are once opened are considered sold. We are always open to get feedback on your purchase experience though.
