Press and hold down the power button on the massager for 3 seconds.
Press and hold down the power button on the remote for 3 seconds to pair it with the massager.
Press the wireless button on the remote once to switch up the 10 modes of the massager.
Press the power button on the remote once to switch up the 7 modes of the remote to enjoy the remote as a second massager.
If you prefer to use only the massager (without the remote), press the power button on the massager for 1 second to play between the 10 modes.
