Mushy’s design makes it perfect for a whole-lit (with a c) experience. The powerful spherical top has 10 different vibes, and a run time of 1.5 hours. With its stable base, Mushy can be used for hands-free play as you squeeze it and roll it around your body or your partner’s.

I need TMI: How to use Mushy?

Rub it between your palms. Hold the top against your body and gently circle the cl!toral hood with Mushy’s head. Move it along the lips a.k.a. the lay-bee-yah with its textured body. Once you’re there and relaxed, pump some DTF personal gel and nestle its head gently into the V - DO NOT try to insert it completely. Use only the head to press lightly against the V's wall to get G-town rumblin’!

Mushy is a wand massager designed to fit right into your palm. It looks a lot like a small salt cellar and can pass off as a paper weight in your study. It weighs 117 g and measures 1.8 x 1.8 x 3.1 inches.

Water-based personal lubricants like DTF are compatible with Mushy. Avoid using a silicone or oil-based lubricant as it can damage the products.

We recommend washing it with mild soap/natural body wash like Neat and water after every use. You can pat it dry with a clean towel and store it in the cute pouch that comes along. Please keep it out of the way of direct sunlight. Store it in a cool and dry place. Don’t wash it with corrosive cleaners like acetone, alcohol, gasoline, etc.

It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge the massagers.

Charge Mushy fully before using it for the first time. Though one full charge will go a long way, it’s recommended that you charge it after every few uses, so it can work its best and last long.

Just wiggle the charging cable a bit here, and a bit there, till you’re all set. You can even try to take the charger out altogether and re-insert it slowly till the light comes on.

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products (they are for intimate use). We go above and beyond to ensure that our products reach you in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please email us photos of the damaged product on people@thatsassything.com within 48 hours and we will work towards finding a resolution (in some cases, we will send a complimentary product of the same value after due diligence from our Quality Control team).

Yes, we offer a 120 Day warranty period from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of getting a defective/non-functioning massager, please reach out to us on people@thatsassything.com within 120 days of your purchase in order to claim your warranty. Please attach photos and videos of the problem with your massagers, along with the proof of purchase.

Yes, Mushy is waterproof.

When traveling domestically within India by air, drain Mushy’s battery completely and pop it into the pouch that comes along. Carry it in your handheld baggage (NOT your check-in baggage) and if at security check, you’re asked about what it is, you can demonstrate its use as a neck massager.

When traveling internationally, do your research about the custom laws of the country and also read up on the airport authorities’ website for their treatment of such devices. 

If the country allows massagers, then Mushy’s discreet design is sure to provide an additional layer of privacy.

Find your hands tingling or slightly numb due to Mushy’s powerful vibes? If you’re on a higher speed setting, we recommend reducing it or exploring a frequency that has intervals and is not as intense. Alternate holding Mushy between both your hands or take breaks as required. You may also switch to using a different massager in the process too.
