Periods don’t stop in a pandemic
Now more than ever, girls and women from marginalised communities need our help. Their livelihoods have been impacted severely by the pandemic, because their families work as daily wage earners, house-helps, drivers, toy sellers, who haven’t been able to make ends meet. Due to the economic instability, they have not been able to afford an essential healthcare item.
What happens if they don’t get sanitary pads?
They end up using unhealthy alternatives such as old cloth, rags, hay, sand, sawdust, ash, which makes them highly susceptible to diseases.
We want to help.
We’ve partnered with a Delhi-based NGO, Lakshyam—that works towards enhancing the livelihoods of girls and women living in urban slums of Delhi. They educate them on safe and healthy menstrual hygiene practices and donate them sanitary pads every month. These sanitary pads are made by rural women entrepreneurs.
Though we are a small business with a small team, we believe in doing our bit—no matter how little—it goes a long way. We start small and as we scale up, we scale up our efforts to help.
We pledge to donate sanitary pads to 150 girls and women every month.
Additionally, we are donating 40 Soothing Sticks (Period cramp care roll-ons) every quarter, so they can be more comfortable on their period (to be increased basis adoption).

How can you help?
When YOU buy from us, we can continue to help THEM.
