Same-day delivery in Delhi-NCR

Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is valid for residents of Delhi NCR (Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad & Noida) only. 
2. Same day free & discreet shipping are applicable for all prepaid orders above INR 3000.
3. The offer is valid for all prepaid orders above INR 3000 placed before 3 PM, from Mondays - Fridays. 
4. All dispatches are scheduled between 3 pm and 6 pm. 
5. All orders placed after 3 PM, will be delivered the next day.
6. The order must be placed on our website (thatsassything.com) only, to be eligible for same-day delivery.
7. The orders will be shipped via hyperlocal delivery partners such as Swiggy Genie, Borzo, etc.
8. The mobile number with which the order has been placed, should be reachable at all times in order for the delivery partner to make a successful delivery. 
9. In case you are not reachable on the given mobile number and the package is returned to That Sassy Thing, you would need to prepay us INR 300 for every subsequent delivery attempt.
10. The estimated delivery time depends on the distance between the pickup location (in South Delhi) and the final destination (your location).
11. Since this is a hyperlocal delivery on bikes, the orders cannot be gift wrapped.

What makes the delivery discreet?

• Unbranded packaging with no mention of brand name
• Shipping label doesn’t mention the brand or product name
• No one knows what’s inside but you 

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you understand how the same-day delivery offer works across Delhi-NCR:

Step 1: Saloni from Gurugram places an order for an OG Massager priced at INR 4599, at 11 am on thatsassything.com

Step 2: Team TST packs Saloni’s order and dispatches it via hyperlocal delivery partners (Swiggy Genie, Borzo, etc.)

Step 3: Team TST sends a dispatch confirmation to Saloni via WhatsApp stating that her order has been dispatched. 

Step 3: Saloni receives the tracking details of her That Sassy Thing order via SMS.

Step 4: The delivery personnel calls up Saloni at the time of delivery (usually within 2 hours of dispatch). 

Step 5: Saloni receives the package.
She offers the delivery personnel a glass of water since they just brought joy. *yay*
