Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is valid for residents of Bengaluru and Delhi NCR (Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad & Noida) only. 
2. Same-day free & discreet delivery is applicable for all orders (including COD).
3. You can place the order on any day from Monday-Sunday before 3 PM to get your package delivered the same day. 
4. All orders placed after 3 PM, will be delivered the next day.
5. The order must be placed on our website (thatsassything.com) only, to be eligible for same-day delivery.
6. The orders will be shipped via hyperlocal delivery partners and you'll recieve an SMS on your registered mobile number with the link to track the live location.
7. The mobile number with which the order has been placed, should be reachable at all times in order for the delivery partner to make a successful delivery. 
8. The estimated delivery time depends on the distance between the pickup location and the final destination (your location).
9. Since this is a hyperlocal delivery on bikes, the orders cannot be gift wrapped.

What makes the delivery discreet?

• Unbranded packaging with no mention of brand name
• Shipping label doesn’t mention the brand or product name
• No one knows what’s inside but you 

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you understand how the same-day delivery offer works across Bengaluru and Delhi-NCR:

Step 1: Saloni from Koramangala/Gurugram places an order for a LIT Massager priced at INR 3799, at 11 am on thatsassything.com

Step 2: Team TST packs Saloni’s order and dispatches it via hyperlocal delivery partners.

Step 3: Team TST sends a dispatch confirmation to Saloni via SMS & mail stating that her order has been dispatched. 

Step 3: Saloni receives the tracking link (along with live location and contact details of the delivery personnel) for her That Sassy Thing order via SMS.

Step 4: The delivery personnel calls up Saloni at the time of delivery (usually within 2 hours of dispatch). In case of queries, Saloni can reach out to the personnel itself or contact Customer Care number mentioned on the SMS.

Step 5: Saloni receives the package and gets the delivery confirmation SMS and mail.
She offers the delivery personnel a glass of water since they just brought joy. *yay*
